WELCOME TO PRIME
PRIME (Platform for Representatives In a Multi-Stakeholder Environment) is a joint initiative by the Hague Centre for Strategic Studies (HCSS) and Cordaid. PRIME has been designed to facilitate more accurate, timely and relevant exchange of information and knowledge, to enhance a shared understanding and to improve communication, coordination and cooperation between Dutch actors working in fragile states.
PRIME has been set up as part of the 3-year research project "More than the Sum of its Parts", focusing on the limits and opportunities of a comprehensive approach by actors in fragile states. The project is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs within the scope of the Millennium Accords to advance progress on the (UN) Millennium Development Goals. PRIME is registered and managed by HCSS.
